This spring has been packed with industry events, conferences and exhibitions. And June will be even more exciting. Right now we preparing our exhibitions and participation at both Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo in Amsterdam, as well as Seawork in Southampton which will take place during the same week in late June.

Electric & Hybrid in Amsterdam
Electric & Hybrid is the key event as the maritime industry get ready for large scale electrification and transformation. The event showcases the latest and next-generation electric and hybrid maritime technologies, components, and solutions. Echandia is found in stand 1361 in the main hall.

Seawork Southampton
Seawork is the leading European commercial marine exhibition, and this year marks its 23rd year. Over 600 exhibitors and 7.000 participants gather in one of the most exciting events this year. Echandia can be found in stand B27.

Echandia selected to supply new battery system for Ellen.
Echandia has been selected to deliver a new battery system for E/F Ellen, operated by Ærøfærgerne in Denmark. Echandia will supply a 3.2 MWh LTO battery system to replace the previous 4.3 MWh NMC system. The new system is designed for a 15-year lifetime and features multiple daily fast-charging cycles at high efficiency.

Echandia to deliver battery system for India’s first fully electric tugboat at Kandla Port
Echandia has been selected to supply the battery system for India’s first fully electric tug, to be deployed at Deendayal Port Authority (Kandla Port) as part of the Government of India’s Green Tug Transition Program. The vessel will be equipped with a 4.4 MWh Echandia battery system, enabling zero-emission operation at one of India’s most important port hubs
