Our Battery Management System
Complete control of every cell
The BMS monitors voltage, temperature, state of charge, state of health and capacity across all cells and modules. It keeps the system within safe operating limits at all times and triggers alarms or protective actions when needed. Nothing is left outside supervision. Critical functions are designed with redundancy for maximum safety and reliability.
Built-In Redundancy
Every critical function is duplicated so if one component fails, another immediately takes over, ensuring uninterrupted power and energy delivery with stable digital control signals.
Fault Isolation
Small, repeating modular units confine any fault to a tiny portion of total capacity, minimizing risk and limiting the energy involved.
Serviceable Design
The system can be fully disassembled and reassembled using simple onboard tools, reducing risk during maintenance and repairs.

Connecting the battery system makes it possible to access operational data, support the crew, and adjust performance together with the customer. The monitoring of components enables planning of maintenance and improvements that increase availability, safety and system lifetime.
A dedicated Echandia circuit board enables faster and more cost-efficient production of string controls. With improved component availability, we reduce supplier dependency and strengthen delivery security.
